About the Role:



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive/Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, technical, and social media support. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy professional who can streamline operations, manage multiple priorities, and ensure seamless communication across all platforms. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of digital tools, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support:




  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.

  • Handle email management, including filtering, prioritizing, and responding on behalf of the employer.

  • Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and databases.

  • Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Assist with project management, including tracking deadlines, progress, and deliverables.



Social Media Management:




  • Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).

  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers.

  • Analyse social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.

  • Stay updated on social media trends and recommend strategies to enhance online presence.



Technical Support:




  • Proficiently use tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Trello, Asana, and other productivity software.

  • Troubleshoot basic tech issues and liaise with IT support when necessary.

  • Set up and manage virtual meetings, webinars, and online events.

  • Research and implement new tools or software to improve efficiency.



Communication & Coordination:




  • Act as a liaison between the employer and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, presentations, and other documents.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.



Qualifications:




  • 5+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

  • Proven expertise in managing social media platforms and creating content.

  • Strong technical proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, Hootsuite, and project management software.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Familiarity with basic graphic design, video editing, or CRM tools is a plus.
