Job Summary
The role holder ensures that Ardova Plc and its affiliated entities operate within established internal processes, in accordance with governmental regulations and in line with international best practices.
Job Details
- Development and review of the company’s compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk and regularly monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Conduct audits of processes, practices, and documents to identify potential areas of compliance risk and non-compliance situations.
- Act in dealing with identified non-compliant situations.
- Respond to whistleblowing reports and complaints by establishing procedures for handling compliance violations.
- Promote the culture of transparency, integrity, and compliance within the company.
- Communicate with employees to educate and train them on policies, regulations, and industry practices.
- Documentation of compliance activities, exceptions, and investigations
Scope of Activities:
- Pump integrity at the retail outlets.
- Depot review.
- Warehouse review.
- LPG plant review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Audit or Economics
- 3-4 years' experience preferably in internal audit
- Good understanding of compliance practices in the oil and gas industry.
- Good understanding of oil and gas business operations and processes.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good data gathering and analysis skills.
