Key Responsibilities




  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

  • Ensure all shipments are accurately prepared and delivered within the set timelines.

  • Team Management

  • Create schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure workload balance.

  • Identify and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Optimize warehouse layouts and transportation routes.

  • Collaborate with vendors, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.

  • Proven experience in supervisory or leadership roles.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
