Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to join our Retail Sales Team in the power products industry.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent customer service skills, and experience in selling power-related products such as inverters, batteries, and solar solutions.
- They will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless retail experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive retail sales of inverters, batteries, and other power products to individual and business customers.
- Engage with walk-in customers, understand their power needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product demonstrations and upselling.
- Handle pricing negotiations, order processing, and after-sales support.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors' pricing and products.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure customers receive accurate product information.
- Maintain proper stock levels and ensure proper product displays in the retail space.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights on customer behaviour and product demand.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in retail sales.
- Experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage.
Skills Requirement:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of power backup solutions (inverters, batteries, solar products) is an advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
