Job Summary




  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to join our Retail Sales Team in the power products industry. 

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent customer service skills, and experience in selling power-related products such as inverters, batteries, and solar solutions. 

  • They will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless retail experience.



Responsibilities




  • Drive retail sales of inverters, batteries, and other power products to individual and business customers.

  • Engage with walk-in customers, understand their power needs, and recommend suitable products.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product demonstrations and upselling.

  • Handle pricing negotiations, order processing, and after-sales support.

  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors' pricing and products.

  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure customers receive accurate product information.

  • Maintain proper stock levels and ensure proper product displays in the retail space.

  • Generate sales reports and provide insights on customer behaviour and product demand.



Qualifications

Educational Qualification:




  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.



Experience:




  • 3+ years of experience in retail sales.

  • Experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage.



Skills Requirement:




  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

  • Knowledge of power backup solutions (inverters, batteries, solar products) is an advantage.

  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
