We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Communication Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance the company’s brand, reputation, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
This role will involve content creation, media relations, crisis communication, and digital media management.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic corporate communication plans to align with the company’s objectives.
Manage internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement.
Oversee media relations, including press releases, media coverage, and crisis communication.
Create and manage content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and the media.
Support leadership in speech writing, presentations, and public engagements.
Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, recommending improvements as necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand messaging consistency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or media relations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling narratives.
Proficiency in digital media management and content creation.
Experience in crisis communication and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with corporate branding and reputation management.
Experience working with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
Knowledge of industry trends and emerging communication technologies.
