As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee the entire quality assurance process, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
You will manage a team of QA professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the QA team to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the production cycle.
Develop, implement, and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures across the organization.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of products, processes, and facilities to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Analyze quality metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality across the organization.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, including ISO, HACCP, and other certifications.
Manage the documentation of quality-related processes, incidents, and corrective actions.
Provide leadership and training to the QA team to ensure high performance and development.
Prepare and present reports on quality performance, trends, and improvements to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance within the FMCG industry, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, industry regulations, and best practices.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing QA team.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry certifications (ISO, HACCP, etc.) and quality assurance tools.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
