  • As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee the entire quality assurance process, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. 

  • You will manage a team of QA professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and resolve quality issues. 

  • This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of products in a fast-paced FMCG environment.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead and manage the QA team to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the production cycle.

  • Develop, implement, and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures across the organization.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of products, processes, and facilities to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

  • Analyze quality metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality across the organization.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, including ISO, HACCP, and other certifications.

  • Manage the documentation of quality-related processes, incidents, and corrective actions.

  • Provide leadership and training to the QA team to ensure high performance and development.

  • Prepare and present reports on quality performance, trends, and improvements to senior management.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance within the FMCG industry, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, industry regulations, and best practices.

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing QA team.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with industry certifications (ISO, HACCP, etc.) and quality assurance tools.

  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
