We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to oversee office operations and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing correspondence, documentation, HR-related tasks, and office administration while utilizing AI tools for workflow automation. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to support the smooth running of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, correspondence, and documentation.
- Organize meetings, manage calendars, and prioritize tasks.
- Maintain office records, organize files, and manage supplies.
- Assist with employee documentation, onboarding, and HR-related tasks.
- Utilize AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance workflow automation.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
- Liaise with staff in other departments to streamline administrative processes.
- Create email templates and maintain company communication standards.
- Organize office equipment and inventory for efficiency.
- Update office policies as needed and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Candidates must be female and reside in close proximity to Victoria Island, Lagos.
- Certifications in Project Management, Administrative Management, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience in scheduling, documentation management, and coordinating office activities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
