SUMMARY



Our client requires the services of an Account/Admin Officer.



RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and account reconciliations. 

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections. 

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required by management. 

  • Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis to support financial decision-making. 

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and industry standards. 

  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. 

  • Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and document organization. 



REQUIREMENTS:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role. 

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Office Suite.   

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
