SUMMARY
Our client requires the services of an Account/Admin Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and account reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required by management.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis to support financial decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and industry standards.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and document organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
