Scope of Work
The scope shall include but not limited to:
- To monitor the onshore fabrication of piping to ensure it is performed in line with the procedure.
- To monitor the onshore fabrication of structural supports to ensure it is performed in line with the procedure.
- Review welding procedures specifications, coating, and pressure testing procedures.
- Witness of welding qualification tests,
- Witness NDT and post-weld heat treatment activities
- Witness/Monitor coating application activities.
- Witness/ Monitor Pressure Testing activities.
- To provide daily QAQC reports with pictures, observations and proposed corrective actions.
- Review and sign off ITRs Onshore and offshore inspection activities
- Witness Dimensional control activities
- Monitor offshore installation works and provide daily report.
- Raise Non-conformance Reports (NCR) for defects
- Inspect materials delivered for project use to confirm compliance with specifications
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- BOSIET Certificate
- OSP
- Approved Medical Certificate of Fitness to work in Offshore environment
Additional Requirements:
Depending on the activity to be executed, personnel shall be required to present evidence of the following qualifications as applicable to the scope:
- Certified ISO 9001 Lead auditor
- CSWIP Level III
- NDT Level II
- CSWIP Plant Inspection or equivalent painting specifications
- Must be conversant with government regulatory requirements, company specifications and international codes/standards like ISO, API, DNV, ASME etc.
- A good knowledge of the potential hazards associated with construction activities and willingness to
- intervene in cases of unsafe acts or non-compliance.
- Effective communication skills and ability to integrate with the Fabrication Yard contractor/Execution Contractor/COMPANY to achieve the HSSE and QAQC objectives of zero defects.
- Motivated individual with team working skills, “can do” attitude, prepared to stretch personal and professional goals.
- Candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to work with minimum supervision, using initiative and knowledge to deliver sound and reliable support/advice to the project leader/supervisor.
