Requirement and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.


• Year of Experience required: 0-3years


• Professional certification is desirable but not compulsory.


• Knowledge of construction contracts and contractual procedures.


• Knowledge of quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite.


• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
