Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the real estate and property construction industry.


• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects to enhance the company's portfolio and profitability.


• Provide expert investment advisory services to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations for maximizing returns on real estate investments.


• Lead and mentor a team of business development and investment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.


• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities in the real estate sector.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to negotiate and close profitable business deals and investment transactions.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and brand reputation.


• Prepare and present investment proposals, financial models, and reports to senior management and clients to support decision-making processes.


• Monitor and evaluate the performance of real estate investments, analyzing key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize returns.


• Stay updated on industry regulations, market dynamics, and best practices in business development and investment advisory services to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, investment advisory, or related roles in the real estate industry.


• Proven track record of successfully driving business growth, securing investment deals, and managing client relationships in the real estate sector.


• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and evaluate investment strategies and financial models.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


• Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving strategic objectives and targets.


• Professional certifications would be an asset.
