Job Description
Agency and channel development:
- Market development and sales management in designated areas/core cities
- Develop and execute annual/monthly sales plans for the assigned region to achieve company objectives for energy storage product market expansion and sales targets.
- Identify and maintain channel partners, including agents, distributors, and terminal network development and management.
- Coordinate end-to-end processes such as pre-sales, delivery, installation, commissioning, and after-sales services to ensure smooth project execution.
Market Feedback: Market Research and Strategy Implementation
- Conduct regular market research to gather industry trends, customer needs, and competitor insights, providing data-driven support for marketing strategies.
- Adjust sales strategies based on market feedback and propose targeted solutions (e.g., promotions, pricing policies).
- Monitor strategy implementation and provide timely updates on outcomes.
Regional Maintenance: Customer Relationship Management and Operations
- Maintain relationships with key clients in the region, handle business negotiations and complaints, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Uphold market order by addressing cross-regional sales (channel conflicts), counterfeit products, and coordinating after-sales services.
Sales Team Management
- Team Recruitment: Recruit sales teams (e.g., field sales representatives, promoters, and rehired promoters) based on business needs.
- Team Management: Track team attendance and sales performance to ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Training & Enablement: Provide training to both internal teams and clients.
Core Competencies & Key Assessment Areas
Market Development & Maintenance
- Familiarity with the energy storage industry and relevant experience (3-5+ years) in fields such as consumer electronics, 3C products, or photovoltaics.
- Existing client and channel resources.
- Understanding of market dynamics and ability to clearly identify coverage scope across regional markets, clients, and channels.
- Proven track record in maintaining established client relationships.
Sales Management Capabilities
- Ability to break down assigned sales targets into actionable goals for regional channel partners/stores.
- Capacity to specify in detail the resources required to achieve sales objectives, tailored to each channel, client, and key store.
- Clear articulation of daily/weekly sales progress tracking methods. For example:
