We are seeking a proactive and driven Partnership Agent on a self-employed basis to join our team and help drive the growth and success of our educational products. The Partnership Agent will be responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships with agents, institutions, or organizations in the education sector to promote and sell our offerings, including study abroad programs, training programs, tutoring services, school product supply, and brokerage services.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Acquisition:

• Identify and approach potential educational agents, institutions, and partners who could promote and distribute our educational products.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational agents, brokers, and other stakeholders within the sector.


• Develop strategies to recruit and onboard new partners to sell or represent our educational products.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Actively promote and sell educational products to agents, educational institutions, and organizations.


• Work to achieve sales goals, targets, and other performance metrics related to partnership activities.


• Track and report on sales results and progress to internal teams.

Market Research and Insights:

• Conduct market research to identify key opportunities and trends in the education sector.


• Stay informed about competitor products, industry standards, and new trends to provide valuable insights to internal teams and partners.

Support and Relationship Management:

• Provide ongoing support to partnered agents, answering queries, and offering guidance to maximize sales opportunities.


• Offer training and resources to partners, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to promote products effectively.


• Foster long-term relationships with agents and educational organizations to ensure continued business growth and satisfaction.

Contract Negotiation and Compliance:

• Negotiate partnership terms and commission structures with agents or institutions.


• Ensure that all partnership agreements are in compliance with company policies, relevant regulations, and industry standards.

Brand Representation:

• Represent the brand and educational products at conferences, workshops, and other networking events, as necessary.


• Uphold the company’s values and mission in all partner communications and activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, partnership development, or business development, particularly within the education sector (preferred).


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.


• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships.


• Knowledge of the education industry and a passion for learning and development.


• Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of educational products to potential partners.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Previous experience working in a commission-based or self-employed role is a plus.

• This is a commission-based position, where earnings are tied to the success and sales made through partnerships.
