Job Summary:
- We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented receptionist/front desk officer to be the first point of contact at our Office. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome to guests, manage front desk operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, members, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs for co-working members and guests.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries while directing them to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure timely arrangements for scheduled meetings.
- Assist with basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Support the facility management team in ensuring all office supplies and amenities are stocked.
- Address customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
- Maintain a positive atmosphere in the co-working space and foster a community-driven environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer service.
- Prior experience in a co-working space, hospitality, or service-oriented business is a plus.
