Job Description:



Eko Maintenance Limited is seeking a diligent and organized Store Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring the safe keeping of materials, maintaining proper records, and managing inventory.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Exercise general control over all activities in the Stores Department.

  • Ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.

  • Maintain proper records using an Excel sheet.

  • Initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock.

  • Ensure that materials are issued only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.

  • Check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.



Qualifications:




  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Economics, Logistics, Accounting, or any other related course with with 3- 5 years’ work experience as a Store Officer 

  • Proven experience as a Store Officer or similar role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
