We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented House Manager to ensure our guests have a memorable and comfortable stay.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the apartment, handling guest communications, and ensuring the property is always clean and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
Manage the apartment's calendar, ensuring accurate bookings and availability
Communicate with guests, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service
Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of the apartment, ensuring it meets high standards
Manage and coordinate with cleaning staff, maintenance personnel, and other service providers
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and any issues that may arise
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as required
Requirements
3+ years of experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Familiarity with short-let apartment management software (desirable)
B.Sc degree in hospitality or a related field (desirable)
