  • We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented House Manager to ensure our guests have a memorable and comfortable stay. 

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the apartment, handling guest communications, and ensuring the property is always clean and well-maintained.



Responsibilities




  • Manage the apartment's calendar, ensuring accurate bookings and availability

  • Communicate with guests, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service

  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of the apartment, ensuring it meets high standards

  • Manage and coordinate with cleaning staff, maintenance personnel, and other service providers

  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly

  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and any issues that may arise

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Perform other duties as required



Requirements




  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Familiarity with short-let apartment management software (desirable)

  • B.Sc degree in hospitality or a related field (desirable)

  • Accommodation will be provided.
