Job Summary




  • In our quest for diversification and expansion, we are looking for result-oriented professionals in the following discipline(s).

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our distribution network for bicycles.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners, ensuring strong sales performance and market penetration.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify, onboard, and manage dealers, distributors, and retail partners to drive bicycle sales.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Build strong relationships with channel partners and provide them with training, support, and marketing materials.

  • Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and demand trends to optimize supply chain efficiency.

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with channel partners.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.

  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines in all sales activities.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales, dealer management, or distribution, preferably in bicycles, automotive, or FMCG sectors.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.



Preferred Experience:




  • Experience in bicycle sales, sports goods, or mobility products.
