We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our distribution network for bicycles.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners, ensuring strong sales performance and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage dealers, distributors, and retail partners to drive bicycle sales.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with channel partners and provide them with training, support, and marketing materials.
Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and demand trends to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with channel partners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines in all sales activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in channel sales, dealer management, or distribution, preferably in bicycles, automotive, or FMCG sectors.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in bicycle sales, sports goods, or mobility products.
