Responsibilities

Safe and Timely Transportation:

• Transporting passengers safely and on time, utilizing extensive knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic patterns.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Ensuring regular vehicle servicing, cleaning, and minor repairs, with knowledge of local mechanics and service centers in Lagos.

Compliance with Traffic Laws:

• Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations, including speed limits, signage, and other road rules in Lagos.

Customer Service:

• Providing excellent customer service, including being polite, courteous, and helpful to passengers.

Route Planning and Navigation:

• Using knowledge of Lagos routes and area geography to determine the best routes and navigate efficiently, avoiding traffic congestion and road closures whenever possible.

Safety and Emergency Response:

• Taking appropriate action in the event of an accident or emergency, assisting passengers and communicating with emergency services if required.

Record Keeping:

• Maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents that occur while on duty.

Communication:

• Effectively communicating with passengers, employers, and colleagues regarding any issues or changes in the schedule promptly
