The Head of Sales Marketing will lead corporate sales and business development initiatives in the hospitality sector of IBIC Holdings. you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives to position our organization as a leader in the market. You will be involved in acquiring high-value clients, expanding our property portfolio, and forging strategic partnerships to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and a proven track record in the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to deliver tailored corporate solutions that align with our premium hospitality offerings.



Key Responsibilities:



Property Acquisition




  • Identify and onboard premium properties that meet our hospitality standards and business objectives.

  • Build relationships with property owners and negotiate acquisition deals that align with organizational goals.

  • Conduct market assessments and due diligence to ensure properties meet operational and regulatory requirements.



Corporate Sales and Business Development




  • Develop and implement strategies to grow corporate client portfolios and increase sales revenue.

  • Identify and engage corporate clients seeking customized hospitality solutions, such as event spaces, shortlet accommodations, and dining experiences.

  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.



Strategic Partnerships




  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, event planners, travel agencies, and corporate decision-makers.

  • Partner with industry stakeholders to drive joint marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives that enhance brand visibility.

  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements that contribute to revenue growth.



Corporate Client Management




  • Secure long-term contracts with corporate clients, offering personalized and scalable hospitality solutions.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, ensuring satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify emerging needs and upsell services.



Host/Agent Community Management




  • Support and oversee a network of agents responsible for property acquisition and client relations.

  • Provide training, tools, and resources to ensure agents meet performance expectations and uphold brand standards.

  • Organize networking events, workshops, and forums to strengthen the agent community.



Market Analysis and Strategic Planning




  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and growth opportunities in the hospitality sector.

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine long-term corporate sales strategies.

  • Use insights from market analysis to enhance service offerings and align with client demands.



Budget Management




  • Develop and manage budgets for sales and business development activities.

Requirements:




  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 7 years in the hospitality sector.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
