What We Ask




  • Bachelors degree

  • 7+ years of work experience in HR, primarily in the field of talent acquisition

  • Expertise knowledge of recruiting across multiple geographies, regions and/or disciplines is a preference

  • FMCG industry exerpeince is a preference

  • Ability to effectively use talent acquisition tools, infrastructure and technology

  • Strong communication skills and influencing stakeholders

  • Digital savyness and ability to convert TA insights into actions to drive continuous improvement within the portfolio



Vacancy Description




  • In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process within your region, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate and employee experience. As a single point of contact for candidates, you will provide clear and timely communication, ensuring a smooth hiring journey.



Additionally, you will:




  • Leverage TA infrastructure effectively, including our career site, LinkedIn Recruiter, saved searches, and TA dashboard to track and measure hiring performance

  • Work with business and HR stakeholders to understand needs and act as a consultant/expert recruitment partner

  • Ensure compliance to standard ways of working and use of infrastructure

  • Track and measure Talent Acquisition performance KPIs and ensure operational excellence in recruitment

  • Collaborate with our Talent Intelligence Hub for talent mapping and to provide insights on skill and role profiles

  • Partner closely with the Employer Branding team to drive initiatives that enhance our visibility and reputation as an employer of choice
