Job Summary




  • We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent customer service. 

  • The ideal candidate will assist in managing sales operations, developing strategies to meet targets, and overseeing a team of sales representatives. 

  • They will also collaborate with other departments to optimize sales performance.



Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:




  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals.

  • Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements to maximize revenue.

  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion.



Team Leadership & Support:




  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.

  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to sales representatives.

  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding new sales staff.



Customer Relationship Management:




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.



Sales Reporting & Analysis:




  • Track and analyze sales data, preparing reports for management.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies.

  • Assist in setting sales targets and KPIs.



Inventory & Product Management:




  • Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.

  • Monitor stock levels and assist in forecasting demand.

  • Provide insights on popular products and potential slow-moving inventory.



Requirements




  • Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
