Job Brief:



We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient operation, quality output, and on-time delivery of products.



Responsibilities:




  1. Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficient and timely completion of orders.

  2. Manage production teams, delegating tasks, providing coaching, and monitoring performance.

  4. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.

  7. Monitor and control production costs, staying within budget constraints.

  8. Conduct quality inspections to ensure product quality meets established standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  2. 5+ years of experience in production management or a similar role.

  3. Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.

  4. Proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.

  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  6. Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  7. Proficient in project management tools and production software.

  8. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (preferred).

  9. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
