Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient operation, quality output, and on-time delivery of products.
Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality inspections to ensure product quality meets established standards.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with other departments like engineering, purchasing, and quality control.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in production management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in project management tools and production software.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (preferred).
