Job Summary:

We are seeking a competent and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, database management, and the Power Platform. This role involves developing technical solutions, implementing ETL processes, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and use automated tools to extract and analyze data from primary and secondary sources.


• Remove corrupted data and fix coding errors and related problems.


• Design, develop, and implement new ETL processes to enhance data loading from various sources.


• Develop and maintain databases and data systems, reorganizing data in a readable format.


• Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data.


• Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets.


• Assign numerical value to essential business functions for performance assessment.


• Analyze local, national, and global trends impacting the organization and industry.


• Prepare reports for management, highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.


• Work with engineers and the management team to identify process improvement opportunities and devise data governance strategies.


• Prepare analysis reports for stakeholders to facilitate decision-making.


• Develop and maintain PowerApps solutions to streamline business processes and improve data accessibility.


• Support the creation and management of PowerApps for various business units, ensuring they meet user requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.


• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and database management.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).


• Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, and stored procedures.


• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.


• Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills.


• Ability to work with both technical and business personnel.
