We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Admin & Finance Officer to manage our administrative and financial functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and spreadsheets
Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Manage the company's budget, including preparing budget forecasts and monitoring expenditure
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Provide support for internal audits and external audits
Perform other administrative and financial duties as required
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in administration and finance, preferably in the construction industry
Professional certification, such as ICAN or ACCA, is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and financial management software.
