We are currently seeking Managers to join our Strategy practice.
Job Details
- Take responsibility for leading consulting engagements that help our clients articulate transformational strategies, identify, design, and implement creative business solutions
- Identify changes and recommend solutions that will typically involve a combination of customer, process improvement, digital transformation, and operational excellence outcomes
- Manage the day-to-day effort and work of the delivery team
- Lead workshops and present insights and recommendations enabled by strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and strong and clear communication skills
- Take responsibility for delivering high-quality deliverables and outcomes for our clients
- Contribute to the development of methodologies, tools and thought leadership papers
- Undertake and lead business development activities including the creation of compelling and differentiated value propositions in opportunity pursuits
- Support a high-performance culture through coaching and mentoring colleagues as they grow their capabilities, careers and client service impact
Requirements
- A minimum of a Second Class Upper degree
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in one or more of the following industries: financial services, FMCG, technology, telecoms, or management consulting
- Experience across digital strategy and delivery, customer strategy, customer experience design, journey design, business transformation, innovation, and product development/management
- An understanding of design thinking methodologies and its application to UX/CX
- Experience or qualifications in Agile would be a plus
- Demonstrable experience leading project teams is a critical requirement
- Strong people management and development skills
- Ability to plan, structure and prepare client-ready deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to complex and ambiguous problems
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very good proficiency in MS Office suite is essential
