To proactively originate and structure Real Estate Finance solutions for core and franchise building real estate clients in collaboration with Client Coverage, Regional Head and Sub-Segment Leads by providing end to end execution oversight, coordination and coaching to drive the delivery of holistic Investment Banking client solutions.
Contribute and shape the development of client plans and strategies by providing Real Estate Finance perspectives and insights to shape the strategic thinking and enhance the client portfolio through a holistic approach.
Define, implement and monitor data requirements to track trends for the purpose of growing the Investment Banking pipeline.
Drive origination of Real Estate Finance solutions and multi-product Investment Banking deals with C-Suite, board-level decision makers and key management teams in partnership with Client Coverage, Regional Heads and Sub-segment/region leads to deliver client centric solutions that improve the overall client experience
Originate, develop, lead and structure solutions that align with the Lending business global strategy by identifying and driving the strategic objectives for the Real Estate Finance portfolio, to optimise client and / or shareholder returns, grow Investment Banking revenue and protect / grow the Lending market share
Oversee and provide specialist expertise and insight in the conceptual design of financial models (e.g. valuations, financial, transactional), providing in-depth insight into assumptions and augmenting the design to ensure validity and reliability
Qualifications
First Degree in Finance and Accounting or Civil Engineering
Masters in Finance and Accounting or a related field is an added advantage
In-depth knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory frameworks within Financial Services institutions
Experience
At least 8 years experience is required in originating and executing Real Estate Finance.
