Job Summary:




  • The Management Consultant & Sales Strategy Lead will provide business advisory services, develop sales strategies, and lead revenue growth initiatives. This role requires strong consulting experience, strategic planning, market analysis, and high-impact presentation skills to influence business decisions.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Business Consulting & Strategy Development

  • Provide strategic advisory services to optimize business operations and drive growth.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Develop business development and sales strategies to expand market share.

  • Identify efficiency improvements in sales processes, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

  • Sales Growth & Lead Generation

  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Design and implement structured sales approaches to improve conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to develop pricing strategies and sales forecasts.

  • Identify and secure high-value B2B partnerships and sales opportunities.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Presentations

  • Create and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and proposals under tight deadlines.

  • Work closely with senior executives, investors, and key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with corporate clients.

  • Team Development & Knowledge Sharing

  • Train and mentor junior team members on sales strategies and consulting best practices.

  • Implement structured frameworks for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.



Education & Certification




  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.



Experience & Technical Skills




  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting or strategic sales roles.

  • Strong expertise in problem-solving, data analysis, and sales forecasting.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, CRM tools, and data visualization software.

  • Experience leading sales teams and driving revenue growth.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results quickly.
