Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified drivers based on client requirements.
- Conduct background checks, license verifications, and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
- Coordinate driver onboarding, training, and orientation programs.
- Assign and deploy drivers to client locations as per service agreements.
- Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
- Track driver schedules, attendance, and ensure timely replacements when necessary.
- Address any operational challenges, including driver complaints or incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of driver assignments, payroll, and contract renewals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding driver-related services.
- Ensure client requirements are met by providing well-trained and reliable drivers.
- Handle client concerns, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with both drivers and clients to ensure seamless operations.
- Keep records of licenses, insurance, and certifications for compliance purposes.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on driver performance, operations, and challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an operation officer
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively.
