Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Growth Associate with over 2 years of experience—preferably with a background in the loan or financial services industry.
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.
- You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute innovative growth strategies, analyze market trends, and optimize digital campaigns to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and optimize growth initiatives to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to capitalize on them.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media).
- Track campaign performance and optimize tactics to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
- Assist in the launch and promotion of new loan products and services.
Market & Competitor Research:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide actionable insights to guide product development and positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a growth-focused role, with demonstrable experience in the loan or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns and growth strategies.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, Excel) to drive decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
