Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and market share objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Representatives, ensuring high performance and motivation.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners.
Ensure effective coverage and penetration of the market by expanding distribution channels.
Drive brand visibility and promotional activities in the assigned area.
Conduct regular sales training and coaching sessions for the sales team.
Monitor stock levels, ensure proper inventory management, and coordinate with supply chain teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines while maintaining operational efficiency.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews for management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years sales of Spice in the FMCG Industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
