Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements:

- 7- 10 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing teams, projects, and cross-functional collaborations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving operational excellence.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of operational processes is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the media industry is a plus.
