Job Description
Overall Purpose:
As an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, your responsibility includes providing comprehensive support to the MD by managing the Company’s Operations, including working remotely with all departments as well as the branch.
Responsibilities:
- Providing sophisticated calendar management for the MD.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the MD’s ability to effectively lead the Organization.
- Prioritizing and determine appropriate courses of actions, referral, or response, exercising judgment to reflect MD style and organization policy.
- Provide “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role by providing bridge for smooth communication between MD and staff, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with the executive team.
- Preparation of Minutes of the management meeting and all meetings held and anchored by the MD.
Requirement and Skills
- BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
