Job Summary
As the Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high service standards. Your role includes supervising staff, coordinating activities, managing customer interactions, and ensuring seamless service delivery. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, handling guest concerns, and driving overall business performance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front-line staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address complaints.
- Monitor inventory and manage stock levels.
- Oversee daily cash handling and sales transactions.
- Undertaking any other assignment or service as may be required by the Club Manager from time to time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of hospitality software and POS systems is an advantage.
