Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field sales executives to meet and exceed sales goals.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

  • Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to the management.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership; at least 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or ground transportation is a must.

  • Portfolio of achievements growing a business or product and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals

  • Knowledge of import, export, port operations, shipping, and customs clearance would be a major plus.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Analytical thinking with a strategic approach to problem-solving.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
