Job Description
Job Summary:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service, maintain high-quality food and beverage standards, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Supervision: Supervise restaurant staff, including servers, waiters, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Food and Beverage Quality: Maintain high-quality food and beverage standards, ensuring consistency and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures, including handling customer payments and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Restaurant Maintenance: Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, including coordinating repairs and maintenance.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other supervisors and management staff to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant operations.

Education and Qualification:
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Restaurant Experience: 2+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
