Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
Proven experience as an Senior HRor in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and administrative processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and MS Office.
