Key Responsibilities




  • Creating and developing social media strategies, setting goals to enhance brand awareness, and increasing engagement.

  • Developing content plans, strategizing, and delivering them to the team for implementation.

  • Conducting performance analysis to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing reports, and offering recommendations for improvements.

  • Managing content posting schedules, utilizing social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.

  • Creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.

  • Conducting market and competitor research, and identifying the latest trends in social media to ensure the company or brand stays at the forefront.

  • Contributing to the development of creative ideas for content and social media campaigns.

  • Managing the budget allocated for social media campaigns and ensuring expenditures remain within budgetary limits.

  • Monitoring and maintaining the company or brand's reputation on social media by addressing negative reviews or comments.
