Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating dispatch riders andDrivers.


• Plan their schedules and roster to fit into operation needs


• Responsible for operating IT systems for the organization.


• Responsible for negotiating contracts for the organization.


• Responsible for developing and confirming schedules.


• Responsible for preparing paperwork for regulatory bodies.


• Plans routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.


• Handles booking in deliveries and liaising with customers.


• In charge of allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system.


• Responsible for ensuring all deliveries in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.


• In charge of directing all transportation activities.


• Responsible for monitoring transport costs.


• Maintains office supplies by checking stocks; placing and expediting orders; evaluating new products.


• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs.


• Monitor fuel usage, report and follow through fueling and refueling


• Oversees the smooth running of the daily Logistics activities.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree


• Related work experience is a must
