Job Summary




  • As the Guest Services Manager, you will oversee the front desk operations, lead the front desk team, and ensure exceptional customer service. Manage room inventory, maximize occupancy, and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.



Responsibilities

FrontDesk Operations:




  • Supervisefront desk staff, providing guidance and feedback.

  • Monitorfrontdesk activities, ensuring efficient check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.



TeamManagement:




  • Recruit, train, and develop front desk staff.

  • Conductperformanceevaluations, provide coaching, and address performance issues.



RoomInventoryManagement:




  • Manageroominventory,maximizing occupancy and revenue.

  • Monitorroomavailability, making adjustments as needed.



GuestSatisfaction:




  • Ensurehighlevels of guest satisfaction, resolving complaints and concerns.

  • Implementinitiatives to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.



RevenueManagement:




  • Analyzeoccupancy, rate, and revenue trends.

  • Make recommendations to optimize revenue and occupancy.



Communication:




  • Liaisewithother departments (e.g., housekeeping, F&B) to ensure seamless service.

  • Communicatewithguests, provide information and resolve issues.



Administrative Tasks:




  • Preparereports, analyze data, and maintain accurate records.

  • Updatehotelsoftware and systems as required.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 7 years work experience.
