Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the sales organization.
- Develops new reporting tools as needed. Coordinates with sales leadership and other stakeholders to lead efficient and accurate sales force reporting initiatives.
- Measurement of Sales Results: Reporting, Analytics & Sales Data.
- Sales Compensation, Quota, Policies.
- Technology & Tools, including CRM.
- Sales Capability Plans, including Training & Sales Communication.
- Territory Design & Optimization.
- Managing Contests/Spiffs.
- Liaising with marketing to track and measure effectiveness in Lead Generation/Sales Programs that drive traffic (eye-balls & foot-falls) to retail stores & outlets.
- Work with IT Department to implement and customise PoS systems to suit business collections & reporting needs, integrate Salesforce Automation and CRM solutions to support sales & marketing.
- Generate a periodic sales "Management Dashboard" and KPI reports.
- Calculate commissions and incentive pay-outs to ensure those are inline with the sales volume/value triggers.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
