Key Responsibilities




  • Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming clients and visitors professionally.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

  • Maintain a well-organized front desk and office environment.

  • Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments.

Requirements




  • Minimum of an OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field.

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle client interactions with courtesy.
