The Logistics Manager will oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to final delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely distribution.
This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in inventory management, vendor coordination, and logistics planning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize product storage, movement, and distribution.
Oversee inventory control to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate cost-effective contracts.
Coordinate order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Monitor shipping costs, optimize routes, and reduce delivery time.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
Implement and improve warehouse management systems for efficient operations.
Track and analyze logistics KPIs to drive performance improvements.
Handle logistics-related customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues promptly.
Work closely with the sales, procurement, and customer service teams to align logistics with business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management (experience in luxury retail is an advantage).

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including vendors and delivery partners.
