Job Summary

• The Logistics Manager will oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to final delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely distribution.


• This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in inventory management, vendor coordination, and logistics planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize product storage, movement, and distribution.


• Oversee inventory control to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.


• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate cost-effective contracts.


• Coordinate order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.


• Monitor shipping costs, optimize routes, and reduce delivery time.


• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.


• Implement and improve warehouse management systems for efficient operations.


• Track and analyze logistics KPIs to drive performance improvements.


• Handle logistics-related customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues promptly.


• Work closely with the sales, procurement, and customer service teams to align logistics with business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Experience: 2-4 years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management (experience in luxury retail is an advantage).

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.


• Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including vendors and delivery partners.


• Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export compliance.
