Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team. 

  • The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance insights.



Key Responsibilities




  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

  • Analyze revenue streams, cost drivers, and profitability across different service lines, products, and customer segments.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.

  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare dashboards to track financial and operational performance.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., commercial, operations, procurement) to provide financial guidance and performance analysis.

  • Perform cost-benefit analysis and evaluate business cases for new investments, projects, and initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function.



Qualifications and Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is highly desirable.

  • 4 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.

  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar).

  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
