Job Summary
- We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Cash Van Sales Representative to join our team in Lagos.
- This role requires you to drive a van along a designated route, sell products, and provide excellent service to both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Promotion: Drive a van along an established route and sell products to customers.
- Customer Service: Inform regular customers about new products and provide timely delivery of purchase orders.
- Sales Growth: Increase sales by promoting products and identifying new sales leads.
- Order Management: Take purchase orders, sign sales contracts, and collect payments.
- Timely Deliveries: Ensure products are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales, delivery, and payment records to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Vehicle & Product Care: Prevent damage to the delivery van and products. Maintain van cleanliness and perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., tire pressure, oil checks).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: ND, HND, or BSc required; Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales or a similar van sales role.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong experience in identifying new customers and closing deals.
Skills:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of van maintenance (e.g., tire pressure, fuel, oil levels).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
