Key Responsibilities




  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, phone, email, and social media.

Requirements




  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the betting or fintech space.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good understanding of sports betting platforms, odds, and common user issues.

  • Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting abilities.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.

  • Calm, patient, and solution-oriented approach to customer engagement.
