Job Brief
- We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Executive Assistant to support the CEO in executing organisational goals and tasks.
- This individual will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communication, and assisting with projects to ensure that the CEO’s time is utilised effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar and Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Communication and Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft emails, memos, and other communications as required.
- Project Coordination: Assist in project planning and coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
- Task Management: Prioritise and track the completion of daily tasks and special projects, ensuring that no task is overlooked.
- Data Management and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools.
- Meetings and Events Coordination: Organise meetings, conferences, and events, including managing logistics and materials.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support Leadership: Provide administrative support to the executive team and help drive strategic initiatives.
- Review social media post drafts for the CEO’s pages and identify areas for improvement based on factors such as target audience, clarity of message,and call to action.
- Proofreading and editing. emails in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management or its equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Support role.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
- Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to manage competing priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and other basic administrative tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities, capable of managing tasks and working independently.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
