Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Content Planning:




  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and X.· Plan and schedule posts, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.

  • Monitor trends and adapt strategies to enhance brand visibility.



Campaign & Activity Organization:




  • Plan and launch creative social media campaigns, promotions, and product launch activities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovative marketing campaigns.· Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better engagement and reach.



Influencer & Celebrity Management:




  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers & brand ambassadors to amplify POCO’s reach.

  • Build and maintain relationships with tech influencers and key opinion leaders.

  • Engage with the brand community and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.



Performance Tracking & Reporting:




  • Analyze key social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  • Use analytics tools to measure content and campaign performance.



Trend & Competitor Analysis:




  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tech industry news, and competitor activities.·

  • Experiment with new formats, trends, and engagement techniques to keep brand ahead of the curve.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X).

  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, trends, and engagement strategies.

  • Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.

  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design/video editing is a plus.

  • Passion for the tech industry, smartphones, and digital innovation.
