Position Summary




  • The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and contributing to the strategic development of our institution. You will be a key partner in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, enabling us to deliver exceptional educational experiences.



Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:




  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.

  • Conduct thorough onboarding processes to integrate new employees into the institution's culture.



Employee Relations:




  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

  • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances effectively.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.



Performance Management:




  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and procedures.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and employee development.

  • Identify and address performance issues in a timely and professional manner.



Compensation and Benefits:




  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

  • Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.

  • Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration.



HR Administration and Compliance:




  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Manage HR related training and development programs.



Strategic HR Planning:




  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the institution's goals.

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management on HR-related matters.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is an added advantage.

  • 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an educational institution.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, efficient, and active.
