This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, overseeing the onboarding process, managing payroll and benefits programs, and fostering a positive work environment.
The Human Resources Manager will also handle conflict resolution, provide support for employee development, and ensure alignment with company policies and objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Human Resources Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
Performance Management, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Development skills
Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance
Proficiency in Payroll and Benefits Programs Management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work on-site in Lagos State, Nigeria
Experience using Zoho People, Trello would be a bonus.
