Job Summary

• We are urgently hiring a logistics and Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and drive efficiency in our supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities and implement best practices.


• Coordinate with registered transporters and maintain up-to-date documentation (e.g. GIT).


• Monitor deliveries to ensure timely dispatch and arrival at customer locations.


• Oversee import goods documentation and offloading.


• Reconcile physical and system stock (Navision) monthly, ensuring zero discrepancies.


• Initiate transport payments as per agreed terms.


• Perform other related logistics and warehouse duties.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics / warehouse supervision (manufacturing industry preferred).


• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory systems.


• Excellent coordination and communication skills.This role is for immediate resumption.
